All the Comenius partner schools celebrated the Irish feast day of St. Patrick. St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and the 17th. of March is a national holiday. All schools in Ireland close to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Parades are held throughoutthe country and St. Patrick is honoured by young and old. St. Patrick's Day is celebrated all over the world by Irish people and their friends.
